My name is MacKenna Riggs and I am a nursing major at the University of New England. I am from Hinesburg, Vermont. My hobbies include going to the gym and going for walks with friends, hanging out with my friends, and going to the beach in the summer.
Growing up I’ve always been surrounded by healthcare workers including nurses, physical therapists, and respiratory therapists, so that sparked my interest in working in healthcare. I work in an assisted living, and being around nurses and caring for my residents really lead me to pursue a career in nursing.
